Hello all! Thank you for taking the time to follow me on my journey. My why for doing this for starters is I want to be healthy for myself and my family. I need to be around for my kids and when they get older and have families of their own, be around for my grand kids. I am on the verge of being diabetic and I know if I lose the weight and get more active, that will change. Not only do I wanna lose weight, but I wanna gain muscle and tone up. I want to be here for my husband. I do not want to be so unhealthy that I end up going way before my time and leaving him and those I love behind. I Ain't Finished Yet!
